BIM-derived construction documentation that goes straight to the field.
Construction documents derived from a coordinated BIM model are dramatically more accurate and consistent than traditionally drafted sets. We produce complete issued-for-construction drawing packages, material schedules, and fabrication details directly from coordinated BIM models — reducing RFIs and onsite conflicts.

Quantity and material schedules extracted directly from model data for procurement.
Coordinated documentation sets that answer contractor questions before they are asked.
Final clash detection and model freeze for construction documentation.

Common questions about our Construction Document Set service.
Yes — we take over coordination and documentation from models at any stage. We begin with a model audit to confirm geometry quality, naming conventions, and level of detail before committing to a documentation programme.
We work to any standard: AIA, NBS, BS 1192, ISO 19650, or project-specific drawing conventions. We configure Revit templates and title block families to match your exact requirements before production begins.
All documents are issued through a CDE with a formal transmittal and revision tracking. We maintain a drawing register updated with each issue, and revisions are clouded and delta-tagged against the previous revision.
Yes — we produce issued-for-tender drawing sets with sufficient detail for contractors to price accurately. Tender packages include general arrangement, key details, and preliminary schedules derived from the model.
Yes — we produce MEP coordination drawings including ductwork routings, pipe spool sheets, and coordination sections. These are issued following clash resolution and are used by MEP subcontractors for fabrication.
We extract door, window, room finish, equipment, structural member, reinforcement bar, and COBie asset schedules. Any schedule format required by the project is set up in the Revit model and kept live with the documentation.
We incorporate site mark-ups from the contractor into the construction model and issue a final as-built drawing set. Where a scan-to-BIM is required for high accuracy as-built, we coordinate that as a separate deliverable.
