Every engineer passes a technical assessment, system design interview, and reference check before we present them to you. We have a 2-week no-questions-asked replacement guarantee if the fit is not right.

You manage them day to day. Augmented engineers join your standups, report to your managers, and follow your processes and code standards. We provide account management support and handle all HR, legal, and payroll administration.

For common roles — full-stack, backend, React, data engineering — we typically present 2–3 screened candidates within 5 business days. Specialist roles in ML engineering or blockchain may take 1–2 weeks longer depending on availability.

We offer part-time (20 hours per week), full-time (40 hours), and project-based arrangements. Part-time works well for technical leadership roles where you need senior input without the full-time overhead.

We handle scaling with 2-week notice in either direction. If you need to add engineers mid-sprint or reduce headcount as a phase wraps up, we accommodate that without penalty clauses or complex renegotiations.

You own it entirely. Augmented engineers produce work-for-hire under our standard contract, and all intellectual property created during the engagement transfers to you. This is explicitly stated in the engagement agreement.
